M - the Main Farm. It is entered from Kulbardi Close.
It is entitled to have 2 dwellings.
It has two houses. 1 is the 'old house' (non vastu). 2 is my Maharishi Vastu home.
M, the main farm, has Development Approval for a 15 acre Educational Zone (lot L below), and a Proposed Primary School for 250 students. Entry to the educational zone will be via road area (A) from Sapphire Coast Drive.
Three smaller lots (approx 5 acres each) are also here - Lots K, J and 114. All three of these lots are entitled to 2 dwellings each.
Lot K has a slope inauspicious for building MV.
Lot J has an area that is suitable for building 2 MV homes (subject to checking sunrise in detail).
Lot 114 is the most secluded and has an area that is suitable for building 2 MV homes (subject to checking sunrise in detail).
A development application has been lodged for a primitive campground to operate on the main farm. The map for it is as below.
If permission is obtained it will be for 5 years. And of course can be modified.
